The architectural reflexion was based on the desire to integrate to the existing urban form by setting up a typical « suburban type » volume, taking into account the organizational requirements specific to the program of an assisted living residence, as well as common sense about energy, to the more compact and the best land occupation, towards budget savings and sustainable use of resources.
